A retreat is a practice of withdrawing or retreating to a quiet place in order to gain clarity and rest. I run a variety of retreats in beautiful places which focus on yoga, wellness and recovery. I am open to designing specific retreats for a group of individuals who have a clear objective. I am grateful that this beauty-full work allows me to explore magnificent destinations in South Africa.

I have been practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching yoga for the last 13 years.
I am a qualified yoga teacher and have completed my teacher training in the Iyengar tradition.
My classes are fun and flowing.
Yoga is a way of coming into union with yourself and I attempt to make yoga accessible for everyone. I am grateful to teach yoga to children, seniors and also facilitate private yoga sessions in the tranquility of people’s homes.

My passion is assisting people in discovering their innate wellness through becoming curious about breathing.
In my workshops I witness people change their communication style, dissolve anxiety, increase energy and enhance their life, just by changing their breathing.
I am inspired to share my interactive workshops with those who need a change, just like I did.
In my early 30’s I worked in a high profile, high stress, and high powered job in the banking industry in Jozi.
I was unwell and unhappy.
It took a sabbatical trip to India, to discover that the secret to my life was right under my nostrils.
In the in breath and the out breath I found the answers I had been looking for.
My year in India allowed me to experience the depth and breadth of breathing and myself.
Today, it is my mission to assist small and large businesses to put their employees’ health first and observe how the simple technique of breathing can decrease absenteeism and increase productivity.
My personal journey with the breath continues to lure me on the passage of involution, learning and growing with the people I work with.
I truly believe that when we breathe better we can be better.
